Dr. Pooja Kapoor
Dr. (Mrs.) Pooja Kapoor has a total working experience of 16 Years and is in the profession of teaching for a decade now. She has been teaching Political Science to Law students as an Assistant Professor since 2004. She was also the H.O.D. (Political Science) in Extramarks (e-learning). Presently she is associated with Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA.
Dr. (Mrs.) Pooja Kapoor was awarded PhD for her thesis titled “Violation of Human Rights: Case Study of Custodial Violence in Delhi” in the year 2003. She completed PhD from the premier Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi. She has had her B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from the prestigious University of Delhi (Gargi College). She completed her post-graduate studies from another premier institute, namely Jawahar Lal Nehru University, New Delhi.
She has organized and conducted several Conferences on the themes of CPEC, Indian Foreign Policy, National Security, Research and Publication, etc. She has participated in various Faculty Development Programmes and has also participated in Workshops on the themes of Wildlife, Human values, etc. She has also participated in various Webinars, especially on Women Empowerment, Self-Reliance to Fight CoVID-19, etc. Further, she has 12 Publications to her name (including both Journals and Books) on the varied topics of Development Administration, Human Rights, Indian Nationalism, Colonial State, Public Administration, Panchayati Raj, etc.
Most recently her contribution lay in attending and participating in a course on “Research methods on gender, poverty and informal economy” held on October 19 – 23, 2020, which was organized by Centre for Labour Market Studies of V.V. Giri National Labour Institute (VVGNLI) (Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India), NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh. Further, she has recently completed Online Induction Training/Orientation Programme for Faculty in Universities/Colleges/Higher Educational Institutions under the Ministry of Education sponsored Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching (PMMMNMTT). The Programme was organized by the Teaching Learning Centre (TLC), Ramanujan College in collaboration with Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu, VCSG Uttarakhand University of Horticulture and Forestry, Bharsar, Uttarakhand and D.B. Science College, Gondia, Maharashtra, and was scheduled from 10 November – 09 December 2020.

Ms. Ritu Panta
Ms. Ritu Panta has completed her B.A. and LL.B from Himachal Pradesh University Shimla, (H.P). She completed LL.M from the University of Delhi. She has Teaching Experience of Three Years as Assistant Professor (Law) in Universities in India. She has research interests in Criminal Law, Family Law, Constitutional Law, Law and Society, Gender Studies, and Victimology amongst other areas. She has published academic papers in three reputed Journals including one indexed in the prestigious UGC-CARE List in India and two publications in two edited Books. She has also trained Judicial Service aspirants and provided them necessary guidance. She has also served as Assistant Editor in an International Law Book Company. Currently she is pursuing Ph.D. from HP National Law University, Shimla. Presently she is serving as Women Cell President /Legal Advisor –Shimla of Indian Media Council.
As a Columnist, her ideas are to make a critical study on the various aspects of the rights of Victims in India
